Unfortunately, those things will never be forgotten. She may forgive you, but in the back of her mind, she'll always wonder if you're cheating or lying still. You can beg her for forgiveness and ask if she'll take you back, but if not, you can't do anything else. try something sweet and romantic, like a note and a single red rose on her windshield and take her to dinner and stuff. You have got to prove you are worth giving a second chance. But you have to be truly sorry first.

It's pretty much over. There's a trust issue that has been destroyed. In the back of her mind she'll still remember and question everything you do and say. What if the shoe was on the other foot?

if you honestly love her .. tell her that your very sorry and that you know she may not be able to trust you but find a way to let her trust you again, dont lie and dont cheat anymore.. tell her you want an honest relationship now.. trust is hard to get back.. all you have to do is work up to get it back.

Usually you can't. Cheating and lying are the ultimate relationship killer. Most likely she'll never trust you again. Or not fully. Therefore, you are uncomfortable and she is skeptical.
My advice: Move on and find someone else. TREAT HER RIGHT!!

I'm sorry, but I don't think you deserve her back. There was obviously something wrong with your relationship to begin with if you cheated on her. Let her go. If you really care for her you'll let her find someone who will treat her better than you did. :(

That's a tough one. If you lied and cheated on her, there's a big chance that she's convinced herself not to trust you anymore and not want to be with you. I would suggest just either droping it, or promising with all your heart that you really do want her back and that you'll be faithful to her.....and be honest about it.
