Be nice to her, do things like open doors and pick things up for her, and smile at her, go out of your way to talk to her. She'll start to realize that you like her, and will then start to question wether sh elikes you or not, and there ya go! Then just flirt like crazy.

flirt with her loads. gaze into her eyes, then she'll know somethings going on. when you walk up to her istead of saying hi, touch her arm to get her attention. the more you touch her the better (dont take this too far!). also how old are you?
