I just put them in a pan in the oven with a bit of water in the bottom of it. Sprinkle them with your favorite dry seasonings. I use garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and onion powder. Cover it tightly and bake them until they are tender. Don't let the water evaporate! It helps steam/roast them and keeps them moist and helps them get tender. After they're done to your liking, remove the cover, drain the liquid and smother them in your favorite BBQ sauce. Either turn the oven up fairly hot or slip them under the broiler for a few minutes. You just want to glaze/carmelize your ribs. In the summer, you can actually do the glazing/carmelizing on the grill.

And that's it! Time consuming, but the couple hours they're cooking they're in the oven. It's totally hands-off. My Gran, my Mother and I all three do them the same way and they never fail to get us rave reviews.

I think the crock pot is the easiest way to make them. I usually rub them with seasoning salt & minced garlic. Then I put them in a ziplock bag over night with a bottle of bbq sauce. in the morning I put them in the crockpot with a little more bbq sauce and a tblspoon of honey, half a capfull of liquid smoke, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. They will be juicy and fall right off the bone.

all you need to do is RUB your ribs with whatever you like { I use Adobo & Garlic Powder } but anything you like will do. Then get 2 or 2 1/2 bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce and pour them into your Crock Pot.{ I like to add some Honey to my BBQ Sauce} Set your Crock Pot on LOW......Submerge your Ribs in the BBQ sauce..... cover your Crock Pot and let cook for 6 to 8 hrs..........You'll be able to pull the meat right off the bone when there done.

Put your ribs in a slow cooker and if you dont have that put them in a baking pan. Smother in BBQ sauce and whatever else you put in there then put in the oven at 350 degrees. Let cook for about 2 - 21/2 hours. Using a slow cooker put on medium and let cook for aout 3-31/2 hours. Thats how i cook them.
