Symphytum Tincture. You get it in a small bottle perhaps with a dripper, or transfer it to a bottle with a dripper. You can buy it from most specialized Health outlets/shops..it is a derivative of the Comfrey plant. Works well and should rid you of the ulcers in a day or two.

then ask a natural dietician, perhaps at the health pharmacy, as to what you should source in order to change your diet for the ongoing elimination of the problem.

Bonjela is good for treating them. Also try rinsing your mouth out with warm salty water - tastes gross, but it does help.

As for why you are getting them - stress can be a factor, as well as being generally run down. Other causes are too much sugar, or spicy food, or too much alcohol and caffeine. Try cutting down on these things for a while and see if it stops them reoccurring.

A few vitamin supplements might help, too, as well as fresh fruit and veg. Make them organic if possible.

same thing happens to me. I have started taking cod liver oil vitamins and they occur less often. Normally I get them now if i am sick or really stressed out. Also after you have had one change your toothbrush. When i do have one, to help relieve the pain i use Kank-A which is an OTC medicine that you put right on the sore. Also, I use a mouth rinse called Vince, which is really for gum infections, but works well for the sores. It is difficult to find though, I can only find it in my local mom and pop pharmacy.

One capful of Peroxide mixed with two capfuls of warm water. Swish in mouth to the count of 10, then spit out. Do this 3-4 times a day. It usually takes 2 days.

go to a chemist that sells nelsons remedies (if youre in UK go to boots) and get the arsen. alb remedy.
my daughter suffers from mouth ulcers, the biggest one was the size of a fifty pence piece and went in a day using this remedy, not as soon as she gets signs of starting with one i give her the pillules and it stops the ulcer dead in its tracks. you have my sympathy, i know from seeing my daughter how much they hurt.
