"milla" and "martha" are the most correct because they included (correctly) "puedas" in their rendition of "can imagine."
I might have phrased it:
"voy a extrañarte más de lo que te podrás imaginar."

If you say this to only 1 person (male or female) it is: "voy a extrañarte más de lo que te puedas imaginar"
If you say it to a group of people (men only or men and women) you say:"Voy a extrañarlos más de lo que puedan imaginar"
And finally, if you say it to a group of girls only, you have to say : "Voy a extrañarlas más de lo que se puedan imaginar". (you can omit the "se")
All these sentences are informal, as you wanted them, but remember that this language (spanish) has many variations when it comes to gender and number and that's why I give you all these options

1) te echaré de menos más de lo que te puedas imaginar
2) Te extrañaré más de lo que puedas imaginar
I think the second one is better , is more well said , the first one is more informal
