It if it doesn't smell and it's not yellow or green you are probably fine.
It's a mucus discharge that usuallly ocurrs during ovulation which might explain some mild cramping.
With a yeast infection you may or may not have a discharge but you will suffer some extreme itchiness. like grab a hairbrush itchy.

I am guessing you have vaginal discharge, which is usually related to yeast infection. However, if you suspect pregnancy, then it is likely you have had unprotected sex (sigh). So, I suggest you go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexually_transmitted_disease
Check the list out, and the resulting links to each std's page. I know there are some that leave discharge, but likely it is yeast infection, which my gf gets a lot. Check the pages just in case, though.
As posted elsewhere, it could just be the discharge that comes from ovulation. To also note, yeast infection does not always itch immediately (also noted from gf).
Finally, one does not need to be a woman to know any conditions that affect her, otherwise the medical profession would never have been created. Only a clown would suggest otherwise.
