Check the ingredients in the beechams powders,if it contains paracetamol then NO as you will be overdosing, if it doesn't then yes you can. Try nurofen or some other form of pain killer if the beechams does have paracetamol in it.

I think Beechams has paracetamol in it, so no don't take both, unless after 4-6 hours. But check the info sheet in the Beechams box. Hope u feel better soon :)

No. Beechams Powders already have paracetamol in.
You can take ibuprofen though - as long as you're not asthmatic or allergic to the ingredients.
And I reckon you should get yourself off home and into bed. It's not fair to feel so rotten and have to be at work.

I take anadin ultra with beechams and hot lemon, when I have a heavy cold and I feel real rough, I find it clears it up very quick to enable you to sweat it out
Am not sure what you want - how ill - is work getting you down etc
I think you need some TLC as well

Read on the Beechams packet and see if it contains other pain killers. I think it contains aspirins so do NOT take paracetamol as well otherwise you will be taking double pain killers. Get well soon.
