im a very emotionally sensitive person, the smallest thing can make me cry. When im bored i start thinking about things (will my boyfriend leave me, is he cheating, how much long will my parents live, etc). Some of this really gets to me, is there something wrong with me, or is it normal? ( i do this alot)

It depends on how long you have been like this. If you're too emotionally sensitive like you say, than maybe you might want to check for pregnancy testing if you've had intercorse, or maybe you're just a really sensitive person. If you can, talk to a therapist or telephone helpline. Maybe they'll have some tips for you to use.

How old are you?? regardless of this its not a bad thing to be thinking on the lines that if something bad happens to us it will make us sad --its better to think that way then not to have emotions at all --being sensitive now a days is a good thing with all the horrible things going on world wide--You will always be a humanitarian and the world cant have too many of those

The "what ifs" and the "if onlys" will drive you to distraction if you allow them. Meandering thoughts and daydreaming are fine in context.

The imagination can be a wonderful thing ... HOWEVER ...

Worrying about that which you cannot control is not an effective use of this creative tool.

I would encourage you to try to train your mind to think positive. It will help whe you are bored to focus on the good aspects of your life. You will feel calmer and more refreshed.

yes it is normal...but, do you really want to live this way?

It says in the bible that we are to renew our minds...and, the way you renew your mind...is to change your thinking...for instance when you get a negative fearful thought - replace it with another thought that is positive...

your probably going to be told by other people answering your question that you need medication...for i think its OCD. but, you dont need that crap...
