It depends. On the first date, I could like her and also could not. But if a woman holds off for a little, then I usually wouldn't unless I liked her.

i would still talk to her, as for waiting depends on if it feels right or not, if she is not ready then wait if the first night felt right then as long as you take care enjoy.
