Tell her she's gorgeous, beautiful, etc. Women love that, and buy her flowers. Try to find out which she likes best. Good luck!

uhhh fyi... women... HATE pick up lines there's RARELY cases where they will fall for one.... but i must admit that as cheesy as they are, making girls laugh is Step 1.
