I'm very confused on how to place this question but its important to me.
I've just broken up with my 2 year running boyfriend, a guy that I've known all my life, and I don't know why I did it. I'm still in love with him which makes me feel stupid but somehow something wasn't working. He said that he loves me still but he was acting different all of a sudden. Like all shy like one of those old elementary school crushes or something. I'm confused on why he's doing this and I've asked him but he won't say anything to me. Is it possible for me to get back with him, or should I just let him go? Is there something wrong with him thats obvious but I don't know about it? What should I do here, I'm so confused!?

if you truly love him, and feel he is honest when he says he loves you... consider giving another chance. If it's just that he's acting shy towards you like a 'elementary school crush' maybe it is due to the fact you've known each other all your lives and he feels ackward or uncomfortable with some growth and maturing that would take place normally as we grow. Maybe you need some time apart so he can grow up a little, but if you do that, you must consider and accept you may lose him. I'd say that you should talk to him directly about your concerns, wants and expectations, if he can understand where you're coming from, he'll try, or maybe he needs some professional help getting over this hurdle. When talking to guys, one of the best things you can do is be ver very direct and blunt to ensure that you're making your point, don't ask in a roundabout way. Good luck to you! (I'm available)

Girl you shouldnt be confused. He probably realized that he really loves you too thats why he is acting so shy all of a sudden. You should keep him. Get your man girl! Dont give up on him. Try to make the realationship work. You guys should talk about being together again. Best regards!

How old are you? this relationship sounds like puppy love, If The choice is yours whether you want to get back woith him no one can make that decision for you, but if it feels right why not do it.

If you are confused and he can't help un confuse you then yes you need to move on.You can be friends,but any thing else is wasting time.
