Ouch, that sounds painful! I would clean it with hydrogene peroxide and take your cat to the vet to make sure she doesn't need stiches or have a skin condition that would dry out her pawas.

See this just piss*s me off, people who don't know how to care for their pet and to even have the common sense to take a hurt cat to the vet!!
You shouldn't have animals if you cant care for them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
