Are you in school together? I don't know how old you are, but sit down and talk over coffee, pop, whatever. Walk around and just ask her questions about her likes and dislikes. Ask her out, but, if you go to the movies...it is hard to get to know someone there...maybe afterwards go for something to eat and talk. But that is the key, communication. If she shoots you down, know that there are millions of other girls out there...just waiting for you. Good luck.
