One way to find out is if they answer your question with a question. Its a way to cover up or to think of an answer. For example "Are you cheating?" and the reply is "What do you think?" or "Why do you think that?" or "Why are you accusing me?". It's not a sure bet but if a man can't just answer your question without counter-questioning you then there is a pretty good chance its because he doesn't want to answer your initial question.
With that being said, if you can't trust your man there has to be a reason for it. Trust your instincts and move on because without trust your in for a lifetime of hurt.

I wonder how long you've been going out. You've probably had plenty of conversations with him so you have an idea what his priorities and ethics are. Does he value the truth? Does he steal, cheat and disrespect those around him? Is he an honorable person who would put himself at risk to help a friend in need?
The big picture is what's important, and I think you probably already see it.

Lying about what? I guess that's really the question..
Is he lying about where he is....or what kind of ketchup he used on his french fries at lunch?
I think if you're paranoid enough to think that he's always lying to you... why worry about catching him... just leave. You obviously don't trust him.

The eyes and body language can tell the truth, the truth of lie is you can't hide it without another lie..

when u talk to him, look into his eyes with confident. and if he looks to the floor or feel uneasy with you, he´s probably looking for reasons. one other thing is when u start talking about the topic that made him lie, he will the start a new conversation or a new topic.

the best way to find out if anyone is lying just listen to them. in brief this is how it works. when you are talking watch to see if they have to think about their answers. when one is truthfull they just talk without thinking. when one is lying they have to make sure each lie ties the other one in.

If he cannot look at you sincerely in the eye and shifts or is hesitant to answer your question. and His tone of voice can give it away, if he's speaking too softly or defensively!

how long have u been with him? if he is already lying to you in your relationship, depending on what he is lying about, it is time to kick him to the curb...
as for how u can tell he is lying , trust your own instincts.. u said u know he is lying...
