coffee and drink a cup of instant buendia at night because its easier than putting a pot on. does this make me not a discriminating coffee drinker?

I wouldn't worry about it....drink what you like.
I don't like instant....I make a pot with a drip coffeemaker, then turn off the heat, and leave the pot on the counter during the week. Every morning, I pour the coffee into a cup and zap it in the microwave. That way I get the blend I like with drip coffee taste.

I usually drink instant on the weekend for the same reason! Also might only want one cup ;-)=
