you cant target weight loss...try running around the block a few times every day..food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep

Hi,
Try side bends which are bending with a weight in each hands stretching to the side of your knee and back up, keeping your tummy muscles tight whilst doing this.
Also with weights stretch arms out in front and twist side to side.
Both of these work the hip and side area

Its simply impossible to lose weight within 1 week. You need to follow a super magical pill for that. The best way to lose weight is through gym and controlling your heavy diets. I have seen lots of people losing weight through https://tr.im/DailyNewsTrends but its not the only way, you need to restrict yourself from consuming junk food items.
Alternatively start consuming lots of Lemon honey water in the morning :)

I'm sorry but it is absolutely not possible to lose fat from a specific area of the body. You can't target diet. With exercise you may tone that area.
