Here's an in-depth review for the HP-735. Keep in mind that this review was written 3 years ago. They liked it back then, but digital cameras have evolved considerably since:

I can't find a good review for the Samsung, but here are the specs:

This is another 'ancient' 3-megapixel camera.
Neither of these cameras are terribly impressive today - at any price.
