Cause I never got a pimple in my life or acne but right now during my period i got some lil pimples on my face does this happen when you get your period?

Yes, because of the hormonal effects of your period you may break out. I usually get at least one at the beginning of each cycle.

yep- all the time-- I am 33 yrs old and still break out like I am in my teens during that time- tired and sore all over too- I wash my face well - sometimes use peroxide in the breakout areas- it helps me-
