Since the Skyline was never sold in the states till the Infiniti V35 G35 Coupe and Sedan, the only way, to get a fully legal Skyline before that model is to move to Canada, Japan, Australia, or any other country that allows them to be imported.

As far as MotorEx, that company is now defunct. The owner had some pretty shady practices and got caught lying to the NHSTA and the fedral DOT.

Do you mean a Nissan Sky Line? Nissan never produced a Skyline GT-R to comply with the United States standards.

If money is no object then then check out http://www.japan-partner.com They have all kinds of imports, since they are located in Japan. You will have to have any vehicle you want, shipped via container ship to a U.S. port from their list of ports. Then the car will have to meet U.S. emmissions standards before you can take it home. Good luck finding a GT-R, because I've only seen one on there and it was about $56,000.00 after shipping.
