You don't want to lose your girlfriends-they will be there, when boyfriends maybe won't be - Try and work out some time to spend with your friends, (unless they are just jealous)

You need to spent time with your friend it'll help your relationship with your boyfriend.
spending time away from each other makes you realize what that person means to you and he won't get tired of you I'm sure he wants to spend time with his friend

They are jealous. I actually have had this problem before. You have to make some times for friends. BUT your b'friend should be pretty important.
