Turn him into authorities. If you know and do nothing you are helping him. That is not right. He needs to be prosecuted and she needs help too. It will follow her around forever. What if she was your daughter? Would you let it continue? If it is true then he wont have a chance to do anything to you. He will be in jail. Do something and do it now!!!!! She needs an angel to help her. BE HER ANGEL!! Good luck

Stop looking out for your self and look out for the child. You are obviously scared of this man, but so is this child. The child has nowhere else to go and probably doesn't know that what is being done is wrong. Go to the police with the information that you have. Make the report anonymously. Talk to someone in the childs family or a guidence counsler at the childs school. You are in a position to be the angel in this childs life, now it is up to you to do what is right.

Call the police or child protective services (they're listed in the phone book), NOW. You are committing a crime by not reporting this behavior. You needn't worry about what J may do to you. On the basis of your report, he will probably be arrested, and a simple hospital exam will prove that she is being abused. He will probably not even be released from prison on parole. Also, the police can provide you with protection if he seriously threatens you.

Every moment this girl lives with her monster of a father, she is suffering serious mental and physical damage. You have the capacity to help her. Do it.

Where do you live? If you don't want to report it, one of us will if you tell us a last name and school name. I could give two craps if the guy wants to threaten me... he can threaten away from jail as long as that little girl is safe. She obviously goes to school, notify the principal and they will have her removed from the parent's custody and it will take place at the school, not outside the house. The father may not even put two and two together that way.

It is a federal offense to have any lashback for someone reporting suspected abuse. Not only will he go to Prison for hurting his daughter, but he'll also get more time for trying to do anything to you, if he tries.

Call the school, please. Talk to someone there, don't give a name if you don't want to. Or call CPS, but I think you'll have better luck at the school as too many recorded messages through CPS don't get followed up on.

I found this link from About.com (how to report child abuse) :
http://pediatrics.about.com/cs/childabuse/a/reporting_abuse.htm

Please please report it! As many times as neccessary. Do not let it happen anymore.

On the other hand, I hope that you really know what you are talking. Maybe you should still make another question here (is he committing abuse based) and tell how you know what you know. Mistake can also ruin her life, so be certain. But if you are, you really have no choice: report it, and do it now.

I am going to take a wild guess and say, J is actually your boyfriend. Also that you were molested as a child that is why you haven't gone to the authorities?

Way to keep that cycle going.
