That's a good question. My boys are 4, 3 and 2yrs old and as of yet, none of them have lost any teeth but my 4 yr old might soon then. I always assumed they were 5 and older when they started losing them. Lol. I remember my niece getting excited over loose teeth. Don't forget to tell the tooth fairy!!.

We have 3 daughters who are now 21, 19 and 14 years old.
1. Our 1st daughter lost her "milk tooth" at about 5 years.
2. Our 2nd daughter lost her "milk tooth" at about 6 years.
3. Our 3rd daughter lost her "milk tooth" at about 5 years.
Hope this helps and happy parenting!

My daughter was 5 1/2 and in kindergarten. But she had a couple of loose ones for a while before it finally came. She was thrilled too.

My stepdaughter was just barely 5, but it started to get loose when she was 4. Now she's 5 1/2 and has two gone and another one loose!
At this rate, the tooth fairy is gonna be broke! :)
