I have seen similar mats in novelty stores.
Otherwise, I have seen businesses where an image could be scanned, and then transferred to some form of material. You might be able to get a custom-designed door mat like that.

No, I have the brownish mud wiping mat that came with the house & looks like a scouring pad. Only neighbors & people I know are truly welcome. Would I want to say "welcome" to everybody coming along selling things or proselytizing? Wouldn't it be 2-faced to say one thing & mean another? Besides that, why would I want someone wiping their feet on my "welcome"? Seems like a strange concept to me. I don't get it.

No idea on the "Go Away" but recently at BedBath&Beyond they had ones that said "Leave" Not much help I know but you get what you pay for :)
