I thought this girl liked me so I tell her friend to tell her that I like her. She tells her friend and then its her, her friend, me in the cafeteria for breakfest. (Im in HIGH SCHOOL) She stands right there and I freeze up. I dont like people around when I talk to a girl. Some of her friends were around but not really paying attention and like 3 people all in our face trying to see whats going to happen. So I didn't kick any lines to her or nothing. Then she just walked away........I feel so stupid and feel that I cant even go down the hall and look at her. I think she thinks Im shy or something which I am not. I just get nervous around people. Her friend was trying to get us to connect while we stood face to face but......it just didnt happen. Before I knew it It was all over and I just sat down in the cafeteria while everyone went to class for the first period. I feel so sick. What should I do?

its cool just try to catch her alone and explain what happened. i have the same problem when it come to women. so the next time you see her pull her to the side and say that you really like her but you would rather speak to her in private. then she will most likely give you a chance. the main thing is you don't want to avoid her because then she will think you are a lame.

I dont think you blew your chance. Everybody should have given you your space, but I was in HS once and I know how friends are. I think what you should do is, when you see her alone approach her and tell her that you are sorry for what happened but you would prefer to talk to her in private. Then have the conversation that you wanted to have. There is nothing wrong with being a little shy. And this incident should not blow your chances with her if she likes you.
