The installer starts with a screen which says "Enter Product Key", it says that we have to enter a 25 character product key but I don't have the product key anywhere, niether on the cd case nor on the cd itself. Please help me by giving the product key.

You should have gotten a Beta Key from the Microsoft site where you registered, before you downloaded the Pre release version.
If you misplaced the number, try to re-register again.

product keys can only be used once, if you want one go to microsoft.com and they will give you one for a beta
