Feet odour is caused by excessive sweating of the feet. Warm, moist conditions, like when wearing shoes, causes bacteria to form, thus causing the odour. So how do stop the sweating? and how do you stop the bacteria? Tried many. Any good solutions???

After you shower make sure you dry your feet very well. When you are not wearing shoes dont wear socks either. Try using the Tanactin foot spray and the Goldbond foot powder. Try wearing a softer cotten sock, stay away from colored socks and nyalon if possible. Best of luck to you. I know this cause my boyfriend use to have the same problem.

YES, give this a shot - my husband and I have been married for 20+ years and about 15 years ago he was really having problems w/ foot odor when he took his shoes off - I mean bad. Instead of relaxing after work, he would go straight to the shower. A friend of mine suggested he start taking ZINC tablets -really don't remember how long he took them but not a lifetime sentence - NO MORE PROBLEMS what so ever.

just keep your feet and toe nails clean. dry out the inside of your shoes. and change your socks every day. there also is sprays and powders you can put in your shoes to help keep shoes and feet dry and to control oder but they can be a little messy.
