The biggest way is to wash your hands-- a lot. or use antibacterial hand sanitizer. both are ver effective ways to keep from getting sick. avoid sick people. use atbac. wipes on all public things you need to touch. or stay home and live in a bubble.

Wash hands often. Take Airborne at the first sign of a cold. It will help you either avoid the cold or it will be MUCH milder. Zicam is also exceptionally good. It has the same results as Airborne. I swear by both of them!

Take Airborne, wash hands constantly, keep antibacterial wipes or gel with you at all times. Very important: do not touch your eyes or mouth! Germs travel very quickly through the mucous membranes.
