How many shades have your teeth whitened?

Good call on the Premium Plus ones. They're the ones I recently used and I thought they were fantastic compared to the originals. I am a big coffee drinker and occasional smoker and my teeth lightened probably 3-4 shades.

I've used those. They whiten very nicely. Mine are probably about 2 shades whiter, which looks natural. My hygenist ALWAYS tells me how nice my teeth are and that the Crest strips did a good job. It's also lasted me over a year...I'm not a big coffee/soda drinker though. Good purchase to make.

I have used the ones that you can only buy at a dental office. they are awesome. You can't use one and go three days without using another one... you have to use them daily for a week or two. I have naturally yellow teeth, and I drink a lot of coffee and tea and I noticed a good difference.... not sure how many shades lighter but it is lighter.
Just a thought... for about two weeks before you start using them, use a sensitive toothpaste to reduce the sensitivity you may encounter.

It really does work. On the other hand though, if you use them month after month... your teeth will become see-through. I think the word is bigger than that. But yeah, if you use them less than one month, your teeth will be white and have an amazing sparkle. How do I know? Im a model and used them.

Yes, and the ones you get from the dentist are AWESOME! I used them a few years ago and was amazed when I saw pictures of myself. My teeth were way whiter than I thought they were.

I bought them and used them for a couple of days. I'm convinced that they would work except I couldn't stand having them in my mouth for 30 minutes twice a day.

My girlfriend does and even gets compliments from her dentist- I just started but can see a diff already.
