There is one loud bouncing sound in my bedroom air duct or vent ,speciatly when the warm air comes up. Is there anything I can do about it. I can't sleep with the noise.

Open the vent and look inside.

Perhaps something has taken up residence there? Maybe making it's way to ur bedroom?
Sometmes there are doors inside the vents that hang and open when blown air rushes acrost them. Over time they accumulate dust and become heavy, they don't stay open when the blower is on, insted they "Flap" back and forth.
It's either that or the Boogyman.
