I have several Jewish friends and several Christian friends. I don't know any of them to be "true". But, I have to say the ones of Jewish faith seem more true to their beliefs and customs than Christians. It's just my observation. I'm certain it is not always the case. I wish you would have been a little more specific in your question. Good luck finding your answer. Have a wonderful day!

For me a Jew can only be friends with another Jew. He can be your associate have dinner and stuff business but that is about it they are very closed community they don't let anyone in to their religion. you have to be born religion. And they really treat their women bad all that strict dress code they all wear the same cloth. And that sabbath they put all this food to waist and win people are hungry and they leave it to rot until the next day it is meant to be to some profit. Don't get me wrong i have nothing against them as people i just would not want to be a Jew

"a true Jewish"?
Most Jews are between five feet and six feet tall, many have a dark complexion and dark hair, brown eyes. Most are devout, peace-loving, and honest. And the majority of Jews genuinely care for others, are polite, and are good parents who love their children. They are hard working and compassionate folks who grieve when their loved ones die and bleed when they are wounded.
Rather sounds like a "true Muslimish" or a "true Christianish" doesn't it?

Rom 2:28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
Rom 2:29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

I think you'll find a pretty good description in the Torah. If you really want to learn, read it.

Why bother?
You're a Muslim who loves to go around belittling them, anyway.
