Let me ask YOU a Q: You found a wallet with money in it, what will you do:

a. return it to the rightful owner intact.
b. return it to the police. Tell them you 'found' it.
c. keep the money, return the wallet with credit card, ids and all.
d. keep it all and spend it all.

Now, be honest to yourself in answering this q. This answer will tell you about yourself.

Then, you will have to tackle the car q. You have to turn it in to the police of course. They will have a query from the insurance company so, they will take care of it. But you - you have to come up with an explanation as to how you know that it is stolen.

After you think things thru then take action.
