Reasonably Sized Is Not £1000 You Can Get Like A 60" TV From A Shop I Saw! Or A 42" HD Ready Tv

You'll probably get yourself a reasonable size, lcd, hd ready tv for that.

Go with Panasonic or Sony as preferences and go to their shops rather than somewhere like currys or comet as they will have more scope to deal price-wise.

Used to be in the electrical retail game so I'm speaking from experience but I'm not so up on tv now-it moves on so fast.

What I will say is when you go shopping and you're ready to buy the best way to get a really good price is to be very positive and pleasant, let the salesperson have mentally spent their commission and THEN ask what they can do deal-wise.
