and i was telling someone at work this. as i was telling him the guy that i like looked over at me for a minute.sometimes he does glance over at me.and then i was flirting with the same guy right in front of the guy that i like and i could see and feel him looking at me and he was silent. i walk past and he looks at me.what does this mean?

Hello, well you stated that you didn't want a boyfriend, may be he is contemplating certain thoughts; the only way to know for sure is to ask him what he thought about that statement you put out there.
I know this may mean certain scary things but if you care for someone that much it doesn't matter if you put yourself out there and if the answer is not favorable , also be prepared for that.
Being direct is a good practice but you have to choose your battles yourself; no one else can tell you what to do because they are not in your situation.
First be true to yourself then others can begin to be true to you. Do you or do you not want a boyfriend? Let him know how you feel if you are honest with him it opens doors for him to be real with you too, and you can have the right not to expect less; but remember just because you are honest with him it doesn't mean that he will be totally honest with you; but it's a chance you can take if you decide to, this way you will know whether or not you guys are on the same page.
If you play mind games with him, he may play mind games back, do not expect a direct answer if you are not willing to communicate one yourself.

Absolutely ridiculous......never ever try that stuff....if u want a boyfriend......cause he is going to believe u.
Wouldnt u believe it if he said such a thing to his friend especially for u 2 hear it.
On one hand u ask us for advice & do the exact opposite. & then come back for advice.
This is the Last ADVICE from my side cause ur behaviour is not congrugent.
