while playing dvd the above error comes. but the dvd is playing in other dvd playersoftware

powerdvd 5.0 otherthan uninstall anyother way to solve bec idont ve cdforinstall

Install powerdvd and the problem is solved
if you have it installed, reinstall.

I had the same problem and it was fixed after installing.
