ok, were both 16, he lives in NC, I live in TX. On the phone yesterday he wouldn't stop telling me he loves me. And that's not normal behavior I was sort of shocked. And since we both have free nights, the past three nights we've been going to sleep on the phone together and wake up to get ready fo school together. Last night he found out a friend of his had died, and he couldn't sleep and he was like "Baby please just stay with me on the phone tonight" we didn't talk much because it was a sad time for him but I assured him that I would be right here and that I wouldn't hang up the phone. Last night he really showed he needed me and he knows i'll always b there I'm starting to see good changes in his attitude towards me we used to argue alot but things have settled down. we've been going out since august and I don't think I can say love because at this age I don't really know what that is but I can say I care about him enough that if I wasn't able to talk to him every day i'd go crazy!

I think no. He was just an immature needy guy who wants you to flatter. Tell him to have life on his own, and not to stay on the phone for long time with you, like a peanut butter sticked on dog's tounge. Dont let him do it to you, Find a mature boy friend.

my boyfriend gave me this, it's quite useful. It may help. Guy Facts: When a guy calls you, he wants to be with you When a guy is quiet, He's listening to you... When a guy is not arguing, He realizes he's wrong When a guy says, "I'm fine." after a few minutes, he means it When a guy stares at you, he wishes you would care about him and wonders if you do When your laying your head on a guy's chest, he has the world When a guy calls/texts/comments/messages you everyday, he is in love(really) When a (good) guy tells you he loves you, he means it When a guy says he can't live without you, he's with you till your done When a guy says, "I miss you," he misses you more than you could have ever missed him or anything else and he is going crazy without you

you guys are living a long distance relationship right now and i am pretty sure that you guys care a lot for each other but you guys are only 16 it seems more of the fact that you guys care for each other other than love each other... because you guys are just far away..... and 16 years old you can find someone around you that you can really hold and love and kiss and feel the real love you can get from just a hug... not a virtual hug where you have to use your imagination

I met and started dating my now husband when i was 15, I was in love with him, he told me he loved me, we went through alot of hard things together and alot of great things together, We would stay up talking all night just like you and your boy, but we lived close to each other, its hard to say if you guys are in love b/c you haven't seen each other in other situations like around friends and family and in other difficult situations (people can be totally different in those situations, like someone you don't know)... I'm not saying he's not in love, but it's hard to tell when your young and still have alot changes to go through, your personality changes and even tastes in different things. I just found out not too long ago, that my husband said at the time when we were dating that yeah he loved me but he didn't mean it .... But now we are of course, he says "our love is tested and true love" My best friend experienced this she was going out with this guy i set her up with, and they supposedly LOVED each other so much they were going to get married, but turned out to be a jerk! And got some other girl pregnant!
So I'm just saying you have to be cautious see each other in different lights or situations, your relationship really needs to be tested! Hope it works out for you guys!!

Maybe he is in love with you. I fell in love with my wife when I was 15. We just celebrated our eighth wedding anniversary. I won't lie to you, though...the distance might be a problem. Distance has killed many relationships.
