Anyone know a nice cottage/B&B in East Cornwall to cater for 3 couples and 2 singles, 4 nights in July 07?

Nice to be by the ocean but not essential. Max want to pay is £30 p/person, p/night and only wanting to stay 4 nights from 9th July.
