Should I wait for her - should I not?
I really yearn to wait for this girl who previously replied my email saying that she just want to be friends. I really love her. We are both 14 and who knows when we reach maturity, she can realize her feeling.

For those of you who said I must forget her, you do not understand it.

You do not understand the sacrifice I have made to be with her.
You do not understand the courage I have collected in order to tell her my feeling.
You do not understand all those that I have gone thru..

Should I wait for her?
After all, doesn't true love wait?

yes, true love does wait, but is it true love that's only one-sided? If so, you're only 14. How many times have you been in "true love" before? Does she feel the same as you do? If not, time won't change that. All of your waiting will be in vain. She has already told you that she wants to be friends. That probably means that though she enjoys talking to you, she has no romantic feeling for you. She's not going to devote her life to you. I'm sure it took much strength to emote your feelings to her. It's my gut feeling that the two of you are from different cultures, and that is why you have made so many sacrifices for this girl. She is not the one who was chosen for you. She may be allowed to choose who she wants, but she's also allowed to change her mind. Live your life to the best of your ability. In the end, if you're meant to be with this girl, you will be.

don't put your life on hold for someone who has no interest. it really is true that your understanding of love changes as you grow older. you kind of know that, which is why u say she may realize her feelings as she matures. in that same way, u may realize that this love you feel isn't real love. or maybe it is real, but she doesn't feel it. she may in the future or she may not. you need to respect her feelings, allow this to be just a friendship. even date other girls. later on maybe you will both want to be together. maybe not. but you cannot waste all of ur youth waiting for a girl who may never come.

I understand your feelings, but as you mature, those feelings may very well change. Don't wait for her, but do keep in touch with her. Perhaps one day, she'll return those feelings. You're both too young, right now, to tie each other down. Live a little before you try to make life commitments.

Well, you need to followed your heart, not to listen to anyone plus also depend on your friend cos later she may find someone else and dump you,you know. And at this moment you should try to focus on your study not the relationship at this your age okay.Anyway good luck to you.

And YOU do not understand how whiny you sound. Grow up and go play ps2 games or something. You'll have plenty of time to whine about women when you get to be a big boy.

I wish guys could think in such naive, romantic and cute way, as u do, when they become mature. I hope when u r older, u will still have these qualities.
