Well it depends on the size of your bottle and the policy of your bar. At our bar we do 1.5 oz. pours. And if you just consider the 'well'-size bottles (750 mL) we inventory 16 of our pours per bottle. If you do the math it comes out to about 16.91 but we hope our bartenders aren't mispouring that much but thay always do.

pouring shots to the line is lame. Pour just over the line where the booze are visible and you get about 22 shots from a 750 if your shot glasses are 1 ounce to the line.

Liquor 750mL: approximately 25 drinks/shots (1 oz.)
Liquor 1L: approximately 33 drinks/shots (1 oz.)
Liquor 1.75L: approximately 59 drinks/shots (1 oz.)
