would you think god was wrong or unjust if he cast everyone who did not follow his religion properly into hell. and say he only allowed a small amount (1000000) peeps into heaven, would you not be angry at god. this is a valid question, as who knows if there is a god and if there is which religion is correct?

Dear Chris, you have good excuse to be a lttile confused about this subject, But Im going to clear up the issue by asking you a few questioins...........

Would you Consider yourself to be a good person?

Have you ever lied (even once--fibs, white lies, etc.)? Ever stolen (anything--the value is irrelevant)? Jesus said, "Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her, has committed adultery already with her in his heart." Have you ever looked with lust? If you have said "Yes" to these three questions, by your own admission, you are a lying, thieving, adulterer at heart; and the BIble says "he who hates his brother is a Murderer." (1 John). Have you ever hated someone? Listen Carefully, God didn’t see me as the “nice guy” I imagined myself to be… and he doesn’t see you that way either. Nothing you’ve ever done is hid from His holy eyes. Will you be innocent or guilty on the Day of Judgment? Listen to your conscience. You know that you will be guilty, and therefore end up in Hell. He dosent send anyone to hell for simply refusing to properly follow his religion, he sends people to hell because of sin, and Because God is a Just Judge, he must make sure Justice is Done. Hthere is incredibly good news, God sent His Son to take our punishment: "God commended His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." He was bruised for our iniquities. Jesus then rose from the dead and defeated death.
Your own so-called “goodness” can’t get you into heaven any more than mine could. Jesus is the only way to Heaven. He is the "Door," the only "mediator." There is salvation in no other name.and the BIble says no one an get into heaven except if they will repent (turn from sin) and place full faith and trust in Jesus. the moment you repent and trust Jeuss, God will forgive you and grant you everlasting life. Either this is true or its not, I would choose carefully, I beg of you, because were talking about your eternal salvation.
God Bless
WDJD

Guess you will have to do a lot of reading and research. All religions except Christianity require the individual to do things to make them acceptable to their god. Christianity , on the other hand, says that there is nothing you can do to make yourself acceptable to God. The God of the Christian provided the way to redeem us from this situation. He came in the person of Jesus to tell the Truth about our demise, and how to correct it. He came to be our substitute in the payment God demands for sin. In takeing the sin of this world upon himself, the only thing now separateing us from God is believeing that he actually did it. He did this because he loves us inspite of ourselves, and this is Grace. Recieveing what we don't deserve! This is a free gift, and can only be acquired by Faith In Jesus. That is believeing in your body, mind, and spirit, that Jesus is who he says he is, and that he came to save us from ETERNAL separation from our God - John 8:24
In answer to the question, He has provided the way to make sure that does not happen. The choice is up to each individual

Whatever God chooses to do is the right thing. If I was unworthy of eternal life in Heaven in his eyes, that would be my problem not His.

Not wrong, but quite lonely. The very definition of being human is being imperfect.
