I think that we are living in a society that makes it hard for men to be themselves. They are always the bad guy. They are viewed as the ones that will murder, hurt children, generally do bad stuff. Whereas women are being held up as shining examples. You can shout or have a go at a man, but if you do it to a women the consequences will probably be worse.

Girls are out performing boys at school now as well. I don't think it is that men are not as good as women. I think it is that we have different skills, and society doesn't need men as much as they once did (for physical strength). Although mainly it is us taking the sexism/woman's rights thing too far, and forgetting that we are equal, not better.

Funny how God works...he was intelligent enough to allow both men and women superiority in different areas.....degree dependent on individual.....
Mother Theresa ... John F. Kennedy...
Did you know that Mother Theresa was one of the most successful business women in the world in her time? As John F Kennedy was a great leader...but we could argue for months about the virtures and downfalls of many influential people, male and female, and the end result will always be the same... contributions, inventions, life saving discoveries etc to mankind from both sexes.

No. Different people are good at different things, and it's certainly not something that is gender based.

(Having said that, I do understand that there is a sector of the Feminist movement that are trying to exact revenge on men for the inequalities of the past. If you're carrying the banner for Gender Equality, you might want practice what you are preaching. If you want a female dominant society, then why are you condemning the actions of men in the past? OK - rant over...)

That depends very much on what is being done or decided. To quote an old joke; men should make all the major decisions e.g. who the country should go to war with, how the economy should be run on a global scale whereas women should make the minor ones e.g. where the family should live, which schools the children should go to, how the home should be decorated and how the family budget is to be spent. Hmmm or should that be the other way round.

The only time females were superior was in that Two Ronnies sketch, The Worm That Turned, with Diana Dors.

The female is far superior at bringing beauty and grace into the man's otherwise superior world.

I believe in intelligent superiority regardless of gender and only to the degree of experience.

It's a lie to believe everyones equal, but it's a fair society that treats everyone equally. Some women are superior in many aspects to men and vice versa. I never seen anything to make me believe in this generally.

Sorry, but you failed to define what you mean in the use if the term!

Either gender can 'hold' superiority, as long as the other person/s allow it. So it's an equally valid term as that of the opposite.

Anyway, the context of the situation is also relevant, and you failed to mention it too.

Regards.
Sash.
