I was just wondering if anyony knew whether or not being a surrogate mother was legal in Canada or not, and where I could find out more info.

Surrogacy is very legal. However, you cannot compensate a surrogate, you can only reimburse her expenses. Because there are no set regulations in place yet as to what you can and cannot reimburse, I would suggest you speak with Joanne Wright at Canadian Surrogacy Options. She may be able to provide you with more information.
