You are correct. Also, I saw a study done that the Ark had a storage capacity of 522 standard American stock-cars.The Ark measured 300x50x30 cubits (Genesis 6:15), which is about 140x23x13.5 metres or 459x75x44 feet, so its volume was 43,500 m3 (cubic metres) or 1.54 million cubic feet. To put this in perspective, this is the equivalent volume of 522 standard American railroad stock cars, each of which can hold 240 sheep.

If you believe that the entire world was flooded then Noah must have had every creature that we have on earth today, some 30 million organisms, on-board the Ark aquatic creatures too. Also if you don't believe in evolution every human disease and virus we enjoy today must also have been on-board in a human host. Including all sexually transmitted disease and Kuru a virus you can only get by eating the brains of another sufferer. I wonder which of Noah's crew drew the task of contracting that one!

Definately agree that Noah didn't need fish bowls in his ark :) Besides there was enough humans in the water for BIGER fish to feast on (just kidding on the last part), but ya never know. He wasn't requested to bring fish in the ark.

: “By faith Noah, after being given divine warning of things not yet beheld, showed godly fear and constructed an ark for the saving of his household; and through this faith he condemned the world, and he became an heir of the righteousness that is according to faith.” (Heb. 11:7) The building of the ark was not accomplished by a miracle. Noah had to cut down trees, shape them, and put various compartments in the structure. He had to cover the inside and outside with tar. (Gen. 6:14) This ark was not small; its measurements were 437 feet six inches long, 72 feet eleven inches wide and 43 feet nine inches high. This colossal chestlike structure was built on dry land. The Bible also details its very interesting passenger list. Besides Noah, his wife, his three sons and their wives, Noah was instructed to bring other creatures into the ark with him: “Every living creature of every sort of flesh, two of each, you will bring into the ark to preserve them alive with you. Male and female they will be. Of the flying creatures according to their kinds and of the domestic animals according to their kinds, of all moving animals of the ground according to their kinds, two of each will go in there to you to preserve them alive. And as for you, take for yourself every sort of food that is eaten; and you must gather it to yourself, and it must serve as food for you and for them. And Noah proceeded to do according to all that God had commanded him. He did just so.” (Gen. 6:19-22 ) No water creatures mentioned.

God is a God of order, he could direct the angels to help Noah gather the animals....

Pangaea could be real, as it was easier to walk all continents if it is one whole...

See there's where alot of ppl only go by what they hear and don't read the Bible for themselves. It's in Genesis Ch. 7. v.2 "Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of the beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female. V.3 Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female.; to keep seed alive upon the face of the earth."

Noah was a mythological figure. The "Great Flood" is a myth story told by many many cultures and ancient peoples. Don't get hung up on the details of a myth. It would be like asking: "So how does Santa Claus fit down the chimney?"

I think God probably figured they would be safer in the flood that covered the earth, than to flop around on the floor of a big boat.

the flood was not a world wide event but was localized to that area around the Dead Sea, and so Noah would have needed only those animals to repopulate in that area as migration would take care of the rest.
