Given that is the set of numbers you were given. It is probably a cell phone since it does not include a city code. Now as of November 30, 2006 all cell phones that were updated have the number 8 added to it. So, you would dial (66) 879042079. Try that if you trying to contact that person and have not been able to.

That is a cellular phone number (carrier AIS), it would be nearly impossible to track the location of the handphone holder unless you work for the FBI.

I have tried searching the number but there is not thing come up, I guess it 's a cell phone which can be anywhere. Sorry:(
