Depends. How old are each of you? Sometimes fidelity comes with maturity. How long have you been together? Did she give an explanation as to why she strayed? It's probably best that you break up and get some distance from this, at least for a while while you sort it all out. The relationship can be saved but that depends on her ability to explain herself and ask for forgiveness and your ability to forgive. Everybody deserves a second chance.

Well, what does your gut tell you? Sometimes people make up lies, but if you find out that she really is, break up and move on. No one deserves to be cheated on, and cheaters ALWAYS cheat.

I would ask her and if I had the slightest thought in my mind she was, I'd rid of her and move on. Women are a dime a dozen and there are women in this world who do not cheat.

Consider the source -- who told you and how would they know?
If you honestly believe them (which you seem to), you obviously don't have a very trusting relationship built up with her and it's probably a good idea to dump her.

Heard from whom? Never believe rumors. Speak with her directly. If it's true or if you seriously doubt her story, then break up with her.
