Sounds like depression to me. It's easy to get angry, but hard to find the good in things. I'm that way quite a bit too, and most people are easily able to pick out the negatives more than the positives. But, in the end it boils down to whether or not YOU want to change and whether or not you want to live life alone. Your friends are more than likely do talk about you, but not like you think. They've picked up on the fact that you aren't the same ol you and are probably trying to figure out how to help you without you becoming angry at them for their help.
Talk to a guidance counsellor, and say precisely the same you did here. That's their job, to counsel. If they won't listen, can't listen or it's too much for them to handle, talk to someone else. Keep talking and talking until either 1) you do in fact figure out the solution or 2) someone comes to your aid.

You may have Bipolar disorder (also called manic-depressive disorder) is an illness that causes extreme mood changes that alternate between manic episodes of abnormally high energy and the extreme lows of depression.
During a manic episode, you may be abnormally happy, energetic, or irritable for a week or more. You may spend a lot of money, get involved in dangerous activities, and sleep very little. After a manic episode, you may return to normal, but your mood may swing in the opposite direction to feelings of sadness, depression, and hopelessness. When you are depressed, you may have trouble concentrating, remembering, and making decisions; have changes in your eating and sleeping habits; and lose interest in things you once enjoyed.
The mood changes of bipolar disorder can be mild or extreme. They may develop gradually over several days or weeks, or come on suddenly within minutes or hours. The manic or depressive episodes may only last a few hours or for several months.

I would strongly suggest that you see a psychiatrist. You may have an organic cause for your distress... by this I mean you may have something like a chemical imbalance in your brain. for one thing it certainly sounds like you are Serotonin deficient and possibly Dopamine deficient as well. A MAOI or SSRI type medication may go a long way towards helping you. You can probably also do with some counselling to unearth any emotional trauma.
You need to know that
1. You are not in a "normal" healthy state
2. You CAN be helped.

See your doctor. See a psychiatrist. Both will help you get back on track. Don't wait, thinking you will somehow "fix it" yourself.
See a professional so you don't have to suffer anymore. Make the call today. Don't wait it out. This is a type of thing that never works itself out without some kind of help. Take the first step to feeling better. It's hard, but worth the effort.
Take care. You aren't alone.

It sounds like you have schizophrenia and panic attacks. This is something that can be treated so I would recommend you go see a Psychiatrist today. Not a counselor, or therapist, or family doctor; a Psychiatrist is a specialist who deals with mental illness. I don't know how old you are, but PLEASE get some help so you don't have to live the rest of your life like this. OK

it seems that you are suffering from depression and anxiety. from your description it seems that you are lso a victim of low self esteem. remember one thing no one can tke away your peace of mind untill and unless you let others to do so. so first of all believe in yourself, have confidence in your own self .do not waste time do something creative.practice meditation.keep a positve out look towards life. no one other than your own self can help you to tide over the situation. if uncontrollble you may seek the assistance of a psychologiical counseller.

You need Jesus.
Being a Christian doesn't guarantee a fairweather life, but it does guarantee that you don't have to face these things alone. Even if you don't have a wordly person to talk to, Jesus is always there.
I didn't always believe, and when I did, I still wasn't sure He wanted me on His team. But amazingly, he did, just like He wants you too!
If you ever want to talk about anything, just drop me a note. You can email me through YA.
