Go talk to a wrestling coach at the High School and ask him, those guys can drop pounds off you in a matter of hours. If anyone can help you lose weight a wrestler can, but you better be ready to sweat it off!

Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

I feel the best way to lose weight is not fast. I started at a size 16
2 years ago and now down to a size 8-10. I go to the Gym at least 3 days a week, 5 if I can swing it. I also believe you should not deny yourself the things you like to eat, just eat those things in moderation. I feel heathier and definately have more energy. Quick weight lose plans sap you of that energy in my opinon.

A trainer at a gym can help you work out a routine. I began seeing results in about 1 month. I prefer an all ladies gym.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

ok look
u can buy like a diet tea like green tea
excercise
do not skip meals!
meals are importants
eat healthy meals like chicken salad any kind
make sure your eating right calories
not too much cause u can gain 1 pound fast like in 1 week or less
excercise every morning for a head start you can excercise 4 times a week so you wont put too much pressure on yourself
ok
and if you feel like your dieing just to have fatty foods
you can but a little will be ok
try to get a woorkout magazine
i think one is oxegen something like that..but remember
DONT SKIP MEALS!
