Techinically, it means that if you have to ask that question then I don't think you need the dog. There are two reasons why a dog would have mik coming from it's nipples - pregnancy and false pregnancy. Has your dog been in heat recently? Was she left unattended in an area where a male dog could have came in contact with her? Those are some things that your vet will ask when you take her in. good Luck

Sometimes it means the dog is pregnant. But sometimes it means the dog is going through false pregnancy
If i were you i would take the dog to the vet to make sure what is going on.

If it's a pregnant dog it usually means the pups are coming soon. If it's not pregnant, it may be a sign of a false pregnancy.

usually it is a sign it is going to have puppies, but there is such thing as false pregnancy and they produce milk.
