Well, British guys do have nice accents.

Seriously, though, there must be SOMETHING that you find attractive abotu him, and chances are, if you think long and hard enough about it, you'll be able to figure it out.
Is it his personality? His confidence? His looks?
Or just the fact that he gives you attention and makes you feel special?

With two strikes already against him, why bother? No, only kidding. God bless our British brothers and sisters.

Seriously, while I don't know about this guy, I think it is fair to say that what some people see as arrogant, some would call simply confident. And about him being British? Who cares where the one you love is from? If you think about him 24/7, then you need to just let him know and see where it goes. We need to stop worrying so much about nationality, race, and color and look more at who each person is an an individual.

Perhaps the British arrogance is what draws you to him ... Nonetheless, we do not choose who we love. It just happens. After all who would choose to love someone once they have broken your heart and/or spirit - since that tends to be the case with ex's? The answer is quite simply, because you can't. There is a thin line between love and hate, and you tend to hate as much as you love.

Love is a basic dimension of human experience that manifests itself in feelings, emotion, behavior, thoughts, perception and attitude. It influences, underlies and defines major patterns in interpersonal relationships and self-identification. Love is variously conveyed as a sense of tender affection, an intense attraction, the foundation of intimacy and good interpersonal chemistry, willing self-sacrifice on behalf of another, and as an ineffable sense of affinity or connection to nature, other living beings, or even that which is unseen.

The diverse range of meanings associated with the single word 'love' is commonly contrasted with the plurality of Greek words for Love, reflecting the depth, versatility, and complexity of the concept. This diversity of meanings is further reflected in the many distinct classifications of love including: romantic love; sexual desire; platonic love; religious love; familial love; true love; and the more casual application of the term to anything pleasurable, enjoyable, desirable, or preferred, including activities and favorite foods.

HELLOO EVERYBODY!
yup it's me the mad brit that Sunshine referred to -but:

Saint - you are a **** - look it up and then refrain from using foul language in reply to the lady who has just this afternoon accepted my proposal of marriage - Otherwise we shall have to come over there and demonstrate very graphically how easy it is for Her Britannic Majesty's Royal Navy to sink you lot. You guys thought we had dropped the "two-fleet standard"? we lied - look that up as well, ****.

That-be-me - no, I haven't "done" her (but it is one of my more pleasant ambitions)

wnk: I'm not allowed to talk to strange women - it makes Sunshine jealous - she even gets just a tad upset if i phone her local florist to order roses and that sorta stuff.

kat: lust and love can co-exist - trust me on this one - the love enhances the lust and the lust enhances the love.

Whatever: (we pronounce it "wotevaaah" over here, dahling - ask Sunshine, she'll corroborate my story)

Therese - I'm not arrogant, just british - we don't think that we're better than every other god-forsaken nation on the planet, we KNOW we are (it's a joke people, don't flame me, ok?)

Sunshine - how is that for a first attempt at a public love-letter - did I defend your honour with courage and fortitude, or do I need to try harder?

We may know the reasons of hate but nobody know when, where, how and with whom will one fall in love.

sometimes, w find it hard to describe why we like or love somebody... but reality is if you love somebody you don't need a reason because if you do, you don't love him.... it's a matter of instinct and only you can answer that...

Love is blind, deaf, and dumb. Follow your heart...even if you get hurt, the experience will help you grow. Listen closely the heart never lies.
