hey im 15 and im interested ni bulking up muscle i weigh like 50 and im about 5\10 5 \11 sumin around there and im a lanky sorta dude i reckon im a lil short for my age i based them heights on estimate becuase a 6\2 person isnt so much taller den me anyway i want to get me a 6 pack and sum muslce on my arms without goin to the gym becuase the 1s here r pretty expensive and im not traveling far out of my way excerises can be done at home and i want sum that will get me fit abs and all strength increased too so can sum1 post here on sum kind of routine with excersies and explain them to me incase u say 1 i wouldnt get i should know the basics XD ty
