The best way to burn body fat is, obviously, to exercise for atleast 30 minutes a day. The best exercise for you is running, where you are carrying yoru own body weight. It doesn't matter what speed you go at when you are running! Don't worry about going to slow! When you start out running, try going slow and long than fast and short. When you start out, go at whatever is a comfortable pace for you. After about a month, try going up to 35 or 40 minutes, and before you know it, running will be very easy for you! You will be able to run for 60 minutes in a heartbeat! Good luck, and once you start running, you will see the pounds melt right off of you, and you will feel great! It gives you a natural high! Good luck! <3

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
